With A4i as a therapy companion, patients with SMI, have access to evidence-based and peer-to-peer content and features to support improved health outcomes, clinical portal enables care team to provide greater care coordination and support patient outcomes.

Medication Tracking and Notifications

Monitor medication adherence through the clinical portal and get escalation messages for consecutive missed doses to inform the clinical team for user follow up.

Dual channel medication reminders to ensure patients get the required notifications no matter where they are. Primary reminders sent through the application with secondary reminders sent through SMS for when users do not have access to data or wifi.

Notes to the care Team

Communicate with the application user to track appointment questions and concerns between appointments. View notes submitted by users on the clinical portal. 

NOTE: feature is not meant to be for emergency response but instead as an async way for users to track topics for the next appointment with the care team.

Educational Messaging to Support continued Adherence

Dynamic feed to send proactive educational and adherence messaging at regular intervals.

Dynamic Co-designed Features

Sound detection and hallucination coaching for assessing the validity of auditory hallucinations coupled with detection strategies to help patients learn to cope with their hallucinations.
