The Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s Triple Aim of Healthcare consists of
Population Health | Experience of Care | Per Capita Cost
With recent results coming out of our partnership with Riverside University Health System- Behavorial Health we are reminded of the impact that A4i has on the patient experience. Through the Help@Hand Innovation Project Riverside University Health System deployed A4i to their Schizophrenia patient population.
Patients utilized the mobile application, making peer support services for accessible and peer specialists utilized the clinical portal, increasing their capacity to deliver services and more personalized care.
Often with specialized care for the SMI patient population the patient experience is influenced heavily by patient engagement. Through A4i’s co-design process we built a platform the helps facilitate greater patient and provider engagement, resulting in improved patient experience.
The following results are from the Help@Hand Innovation Project Evaluation Report created by the Riverside University Health System- Behavioral Health Evaluations Unit.
